For the past 13 years we have left the cold of Ontario, and driven down to Naples, Florida where we rent a home for Jan thru April, and treat ourselves to warm weather…close by beaches, and after 13 years, renewing our friendships with the many people we now call friends!…We stay fit by cycling…walking, swimming and yoga… and I paint a lot, and join a regular group that paints each Monday….so easy to do when all you need is shorts, T shirt, flip fops and sunscreen ….and interesting scenery…which , there is lots….The beach is an automatic, bird sanctuaries, …swamp sanctuaries…and musical get togethers give lots of inspiration…..Each year, I participate in the Third on Canvas fundraising Event that bring over 30 very good artists to paint the scenes of Old Naples, with the proceeds of all works going to a charity in the county…Wonderful to see everyone each year
